I don’t see how one speaks of Civil Rights and how Palin won’t hire any blacks, then yet contradicts the support for Oprah not allowing Palin to be on her show. Please don’t contribute to any racism in America (all races are guilty).

Anyways, don’t worry I’m not voting for that crazy woman Palin anyways. She scares the bejesus out of me and I can’t imagine having such an extreme evangelical that loves to reap hatred on mankind and her stances on abortions (including rape or incest) is flabbergasting. She is Bush in a dress with her spending policies.

And please to all you woman McCain supporters, please research his voting record which is against woman!!

I wonder if Mrs. Palin has hired any indigenous Alaskan people.

If I were doing the hiring, I would hire depending on the percentage of minorities in my state, e.g. if it were 1/10 African-American, I’d do my best to hire 10 qualified African-Americans if I had 100 employees.

I live in Alaska, and yes, I can believe Sarah Palin called Obama “Sambo.” Usually Alaskans use the “N” word.

Isn’t the economy the topic we need to be concentrating on and not lipstick, pigs, the mating habits of king crabs, the DNA of Alaskan seals, etc.

It’s Stupid Season, i.e. American election time.

Yes. Palin is a major distraction. That’s her role and we should ignore her completely. We are tired of blogging on issues about her. The election is between McCain and Obama, not Obama and Palin! We should talk about the bread and butter issues, i.e, the economy. After today’s bad news on Wall Street’s financial markets, we should be ashamed to allow McCain, Palin, Fiorini and all the others to get us distracted to talk about imbecilic things. The question is, Are we better off than we were four years ago? That is the litmus test for the candidates. Also, which candidate can make us better off?
